I love my company. They put a krankenschwester to the position of Operating Director and a supper cheap woman to the position of Head of HR Dept’ who actually knowinh nothing about what HR meaning. Hi there, Mr.Peace-Keeper aka a dev here!MY FEELINGSI was just chilling reading through the comments on this page and i feel heartbroken and have to ask myself: "What kind of fuckery fuck is this?". As you know, the world is tearing apart because of COVID-19 pandemic. People all over the place are having one of the largest ***VISIONS with each other in years. And seeing it happened right here, right where i'm working is unthinkable. But i have to face the ugly truth, that many of us are consumed by HATRED, ANGER and maybe VENGEANCE, that we are biting each other like animals, shaming one another by their imperfections (appearance/English/tis and tat...etc). This is BEYOND SAD, i can hardly believe that this time last year we are all in 1 level of the building, laughing, talking and doing funny shit together.MY THOUGHTS- To the people who were mistreated:I felt sorry for the way you were treated. It's might be the weirdest, saddest, dumbest way of leaving a company you've ever felt. Thank you for speaking out (especially Chau and Amber, mah man!) honestly which sum up a lot about this situation and helps me - a non-involve-er understand it better. I hope you will move on from this disastrous event.- To the operators:Today might be one of the "I don't wanna deal with" days in your career. I hope you guys can sit back with a cool head, toss your EGO away, put yourself in the mistreated people's shoes and think through all of this mess. Then ask yourself: "Was it all worth it?", "Why didn't we just let them leave on the date that we originally told them to?", "Why do we treat them like criminal?"...etc. If you guys think you are still the RIGHT one then there is something so WRONG here. As a Canadian company, we should hold values of Western culture. I don't see the "PROFESSIONALISM" in any of the ways you treated those guys. Công ty ok, sếp hay tổ chức party. Lương cao hơn thị trường, đóng bảo hiểm full.
Thời điểm covid công ty không trừ lương, làm ở nhà vẫn được full lương.
Mình là dev, tạm bỏ qua drama thì mình thấy công ty ổn mà. Ae dev rất vui. Công ty tăng lương đều, giờ giấc thoải mái. Thi thoảng party cty cho nhân viên ăn mấy món: pizza hut, Bonchon chicken, Sajang BBQ, Meat Plus... vân vân và mây mây. Ai chê thì kệ các bạn thôi, đuổi mình cũng méo đi hihi
