Pros: + Northern European style+ Work-life balance+ Free lunch & beverage, always refilled+ Many activities to join (After dark events, sports clubs,...)+ DK trip for training at least 2 weeks.Cons:- Some bad managers- Maintenance tasks is boring- Difficult to rotate- CM always change after 1-2 years due to rotation policy.
