Công ty Inspectorio này liên hệ mình lần đầu tiên cuối năm 2021, cũng phỏng vấn 3,4 vòng sau đó chắc là fail mà không có ai báo kết quả phỏng vấn hết. Tới 2022 lại liên hệ mình để phỏng vấn tiếp 2 vòng nữa xong còn gọi điện bảo sẽ offer mình, vậy mà im tới giờ luôn. Lần đầu mình gặp công ty bảo đã pass mà lại im lặng vậy haha. Giờ năm 2023 mình lại thấy đăng một vị trí tương tự…mặc dù theo dõi Linkedin và tìm hiểu thấy product của các bạn cũng khá hay. Nhưng trải nghiệm ứng viên như vậy thật sự là không ổn.
This company is an absolute joke. The CEO is absolutely clueless about running a business but sure talks a big emotional game to hide it. The CFO approves a hugely costly company trip to Ecuador. The CEO does a champagne toast at the event dinner telling everyone that despite the impending recession, everyone's job is safe. He then fired tons of people at all levels and only offered 4-weeks of severance. All they do is promote their good friends who have done nothing but fail. They have given all power to one of their best buds named Diego. Diego is his 20s and has no prior experience yet he's been awarded VP titles in various departments that he created half ass. The day we were let go they promoted Antonio barajas whatever even though his org has failed miserably at growing accounts with new products. Every last one of them have absolutely no communication skills. Any meeting with them will go over because they absolutely love the sound of their own voice. Because that's all they have, a voice. They don't have any process, understanding of running a business let alone org, and absolutely no successful execution. They a landed a couple huge accounts early on that has carried them. They have been lying to the Board of Directors as Diego failed when he launched their CRM to create a sales process that enables forecasting. So every forecast meeting has been a fraud. You can thank their clueless CFO for that who uses the company as his personal travel agency. He is so disgusting. At dinner he will talk and talk and share pointless stories that usually highlight how great he thinks he is. Not to mention, despite everyone and their grandma knowing in 2022 that a recession was on the brink, this clown approved every single hire at extremely high salaries and approved all purchases with no thought. You can tell by the 4th quarter is when he finally realized he has a job to do and started getting stingy. The last thing I'll say is their hiring process is borderline fraudulent. I was promised a bonus and a promotion to director in 6 months. I did a lot for this company in my tenure and when I asked about the promotion Diego and Estelle acted like they don't remember that conversation. So the day they let us go, they told me I will not get any of the 5-figure bonus I was promised. Estelle is another person who told me in meetings that I know more about sales and sales ops than her. Yet she's a VP. During my interviews with her it seemed like she didn't understand a word I was saying and just went along with it. Stay far away from this company.
Công ty như cc, ai cũng làm việc độc lập thay vì nhóm
Range QA bên này max là 2k5, KHÔNG THỂ HƠN. Benefit không rõ ràng, như hứa hẹn vậy. HR tên Kim hay Kim Anh gì đấy làm việc rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp về lời nói, tác phong cũng như giờ giấc. Người âm phú ngày ngủ đêm bay nên là toàn làm việc sau giờ hành chính. Cty mang lại trải nghiệm ứng viên rất chán
Mọi người ơi, đợt này thấy công ty đăng tin tuyển dụng ầm ầm, nào là work from anywhere. :oTính hình công ty này có ổn ko các bác. Sao đọc comment mà thấy nhiều cục tạ quá vậy :o
Công ty này có thèn khùng Châu chi thiện, thang này mà làm TA là biết cty sao roi
Mới làm mà cảm thấy càng làm càng chán. Ae nghỉ nhiều. AE mới vào nên xác định tư tưởng bào là chính. Đừng màng thế sự. Có survey anonymous ae cũng đừng tin và nên làm vì nghe mấy người đi trước nói Security được thuê chỉ để có nhiệm vụ investigate danh tính của ae có ý phản động. vclspy anywhere, anytime, anyone. Tốt nhất là đừng chia sẽ gì khi được rủ đi nhậu.Ngoài trừ Carlos thực sự có tâm ra thì mấy thằng sếp nước ngoài thì khen ở bên ngoài, còn bên trong thì chửi :D nên được thì cũng đừng có tin=))
các thím làm ở đây cho mình hỏi team QA ở đây có giống studio không ? ý mình là có nhiều diễn viên không ? Với cả cho mình hỏi là lương QA được 3k không, sợ deal cao quá lố mất. Mình hơn 8 Năm Kinh nghiệm bao gồm Automation cho E2E testing, API Testing, Manual testing, Performance... nói chung cái gì liên quan đến test đều làm đc hết.
Có anh chị nào cho em xin rờ víu về cty này với ạ
trước khi vào cty thì ae nên đi học 1 lớp diễn viên điện ảnh.
